This is a good deal. I bought one for $192 not that long ago.
This card does come with the temp sensor disabled, but I flashed my card to enable it and it wan't hard at all. I also changed the cooler to the Logisys one that costs about $22 or so but I feel it was worth it. Load temps were in the 77 C range with the stock cooler and with the Logisys they are about 57 C.
Hard to beat the performance of these 6600GT cards for the price.

Nope, it's just the old version of the Newegg site itself. Same products, different front end interface.
