According to the thread in the video card forum, the code was only valid for 24 hours.

I went through customer service and they honored it this morning with no problems.

Thanks for the heads up on this deal. Was waiting for the 9800+ to drop in price some (currently 1 offering for $200 on the egg), but a factory OC'ed 260 for only $25 more is a deal that I could not turn down.
