Evga gtx 465 superclocked $220 or 190$ after rebate

This card is 96% as fast as a gtx 460 1gb with better tessalation performance. This a good price for this card. Most can overclock to gtx 470 levels.

I might be mistaken but isn't it better to buy a GTX460 and overclock that to near stock 470 levels? Isn't there a noise and power issue with the 465 cards?

Not for 40$ less. This card is not bad at all. You can sli these cards and get performance in between a gtx 480 and x fired 5850's for $380.
