I got mine yesterday. Ordered, Saturday 2am.

BTW. if it matters, this is the green PCB, not the black as some other 8800 GTS have.

This is a great deal for an incredible card!

*Its seems to be sold out at buy.com

Having the same issue myself after ordering a different card. I guess your experience is different with every order. Ordered a PSU last week and got it the next day and the shipped came up right away. Im stuck in sent to warehouse as well.

I ordered this card on Saturday and it came to me on Wend., and that was with Monday being a holiday. That is what I call fast shipping. BTW, this card is massive... OMG I couldn't believe how much space it takes up. Now I have a good reason to get the P180... muhahahaha

The unit has been shipped after 10 days in the "Sent To The Warehouse" status, finally!
Not after sending three emails and received the same exact reply each time.
Buy.com's CS is the worst among the e-retailers.
Their CS phone line is totally phony! No one ever answers the phone even after 1 hr of waiting and this was taking place @ 1pm CDT on Tuesday or today.
The Egg is still my # 1choice, ZZF or Mwave is usually number 2, consider buy.com only when the price is way too good to turn down like this card, $295 (AR).

My experience has differed from yours; they answered promptly (2 minutes on hold?) and were knowledgeable (even if I didn't want to hear their response!). The call center I received was in the Philippines, which really surprised me as I'd thought he had an Indian accent -- probably means I need to improve my Tagalog, or maybe they're importing workers from India!!! :)

I dunno, I had a problem with a newegg product that turned out to be a simple fix and they went ahead and credited me $20 just for my trouble.

First time I ever called Buy.com customer service I got a recording that put me on hold for 15-20 min but offered to help me right away if I punched in a credit card number (might have been a return or something). I never did talk to a person, had to use email.

A few years ago I had ordered a video card (6800 series I think) from Buy.com and through some major goof on there part they sent me 2. When I called to ask what to do with the second (because I didn't want to get charged twice) I was told to just keep the second card which very quickly got sold to pay for the first card. I haven't had any major problems with buy.com

I was utterly amazed at what she told me to do but didn't question my fortune too much. It was nice getting a free graphics upgrade...
