EVGA GeForce 7950GT with Fortron 400W

Quick question about my PSU in relation to a new graphics card:

Running Fortron FSP AX400PN (400W Max) with 18A on the 12V1 rail/16A on 12V2 rail. Received an EVGA GeForce 7950GT as a gift, with requirements of 400W and 18A on the 12V rail.

Think the PSU can handle it? I put in the Fortron a couple of years ago after having heard that they are pretty reliable.

Currently running a Compaq Presario SR1750NX, 2G Ram, Leadtek Geforce 7600GS, and only 1 virtual drive.

Thanks for the help!
