I just bought this today at Ultimates because they were selling they're cards for 30% off and they're going out of business. I bought it for 34 bucks. Is this good for gaming or good card at all? If it's not good, i'm just going to return it and just get what was suggested in my other thread. I only wanted to buy a card cause my processor sucks. It's intel pentium d 3.0 ghz.

Not good...at all...for gaming.

Takes the load of the CPU though...no having to rely of IGP.

How much did you pay for it? 40$?

It will easily run that game you posted at max settings.

Hey Happymedium. Thanks for your help yesterday. I paid like 34 bucks.

How does this vc compare to this one like you suggested in the other thread. Better or worst? Cause if you guys say msi is better, i'm return the 210 and get this one.
MSI - ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card

in general the g210 card absolutely sucks for gaming but it should play really old games just fine.

EDIT: a 4350 is probably no better than a g210 as they are both equally terrible.

As much as i like to order from newegg, but my debit is pretty low on cash and I don't want to ask my parents.

I'm probably going for something like these cause of the price.

Toyota was right yesterday your cpu will not allow you to play *newer games*
I suggest you play some games with the card you bought, and let us know how it goes. For 34$ you got a great deal at best buy!

all of those are equally slow. the 4650 happy linked to yesterday is WAY faster than any of those cards. just keep the card you bought or get the 4650 happy linked to. the g210 should easily play old games fine.

How can you guys tell which brand or card to get? I might build a newer computer in the future, once i get a job. I have very little knowledge about computer, but I know basics for each components. Is there a guide for what types to buy?
