EVGA 8800GTS Superclocked VS. normal version

I read a good review on 8800GTS Superclocked but is there any difference in hardware vs. their cheaper version?

Can I achieve the same result from just over clocking the normal version? The price is only $7 difference where I would get it.

generally there is not much hw difference between them, but for only $7 go with the pre overclocked one
