EVGA 8800GTS 512 Bios Update

Anyone update yet? I just did and installed the beta 169.28 driver also. I noticed a performance hit, in Lord of the Rings Online I was able to play on Ultra high settings, however now I have to play on just "high" also in crysis alot of stuttuering is taking place.
Could this be because of the 169.28 driver? anyone else notice this with the beta driver? or is it the bios update?

From a previous message, I see that you have a e6600 cpu and a 8800gts? I was wondering what your fps normally is in Lord Of The Rings using the Ultra high?

I know the game fps varies a lot depending where you are in the game.
 
normally on Ultra High I have no problem, but I noticed it lag up big time in the "old forest" today. Normally it doesn't do that, I guess it's just the drivers I must have a setting changed or something. I doubt the bios update would cause any issues like this.
