Thanks, though I heard that has problems with Punkbuster but I'll give it a shot.

FWIW I just tested the power draw, it's 113 watts idle and 156-166W playing games. SO maybe the power draw went up about 25W at idle, but only 10-15W under full load. Not that much. 🙂

Will RMA the bad ram sticks... performance is definitly down with only 1Gb and 1 channel...
 
Are you sure you don't want to replace power supply just for the hell of it? 😉

Temps in Rivatuner = 60C idle, 78C running Crysis benchmark loops.

Pretty hot, but it's supposed to be able to run fine up to 120C or even higher so...
 
A cheap zalman vf900 or AC accelro S1 will plummet those temps down alot (like shaving 20~10C both idle or load) if you are troubled by the high temps.
 
Yikes the Zalman "kit" looks too scary for me.... I think a better solution (easier, and free too) is "overclock" the fan to 40-50%, should drop temps by 5-10C with minimal noise increase... 😉
