evGA 780i OCing troubles

Ive read all the guides out there and i am extremley confused at why my system wont become stable with such a small OC considering the gear im using.

I cannot get the stem to be stable at a FSB of 373. No matter what voltages i try.
Ill overvolt the VCC, MCP, SPP, VTT, HT, all to no avail. I dont understand WHY my system wont become stable at such a small FSB. Fails prime almost instantly. My memory is running at ~450 at 373 FSB.

When running the FSB at 363 with the following voltages:
VCC:1.192 V
SPP: 1.300 V
MCP 1.500 V
FSB: 1.100 V
HT SPP MCP: 1.200 V
DRAM: 1.900 V

i can prime for 30+ minutes, which im not saying is stable, however, the fact that NOTHING allows me to get stable at 373 tells me that im either forgetting to do somehting or i have the worst motherboard on the face of this planet.

Temps are 39/38 idle, 46/47 load

BTW, i am using the Nvdia control panel to increase my FSB and voltages etc, which i monitor in CPUz
 
your voltages are too low.

you expect to run the board overclocked at floor voltages?
 
Seriously, you need to raise the voltage. I liked the EVGA 780i OC thread, made sense too, start off by giving your voltage a nice big boost, 1.4-1.5 depending on what you think is ok, then keep raising the fsb until you hit the limit on your chip or just an fsb hole. Probably not the most ideal method for OCing but unless there's a target voltage you want to run your chip at, it works.

Also, most ram is rated to run at 2.0-2.1v if I'm correct. The default is 1.9 and that causes problems sometimes, maybe you haven't had any but you should still raise the voltage there too. Seriously though, following the EVGA guide wouldn't hurt, loads of members there have the 780i reference board so they've come across most of the problems you'll ever encounter.
