I have a feeling that my vido card was down clocked b/c when i first installed it i didn't not connects its 4 pin power cable so it said it would be down clocked. right now it says its runing with a core clock of 275MHz is that what it should be runing at? The memory Clock frequency is 1.07GHz

BTW runing 2 monitors of it.

3DMark Score: is 6917 i though this might help.
 
Connect the extra power cable...

Don't worry. The 275MHz is normal... when you start up a 3d App, it automatically jumps up to 485MHz. If you leave rivatuner on and keep track of the clocks, you will see it.

As for 3Dmark, you should be getting ~7200 at least.
The nVidia autoOC feature is pretty nice too. My card goes up to 535MHz on that.
