eVGA 7600GT KO 256MB. Good memory OC?

I am really just wondering if a 1650mhz oc on the memory is considered average, above average or what not. The card actually came oced from the factory. The memory is actaully 1400mhz memory. eVGA got it to 1500mhz, and I have it at 1650mhz.

Is this good for 1.4ns(700/1400)? memory to get to 1650mhz?

Also, is there 'much' to gain by increasing the core speed? Or is it mainly limited by memory bandwith? Has anyone done a test to check that out or not?

PS: By the way, this card does NOT like ocing the core. It already comes oced to 580mhz. About the best I can get is 600-605mhz. That sounds below average. Or is that about average?
