The subject sas it all EVGA 750i FTW - CPU-Z detects chipset as 650i. Why would this be? Is anyone else having the same problem? Will this affect my MBs overclocking abilities???

Same here. I have an P5N-D and CPU-Z states the same thing. So does PCWizard.
A bios update was supposed to correct it but didn't. No a problem though.
I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
