I only openned the box to look at my board when t came Friday, did all the online stuff that night, and the advanced rma confirmation email came around 3am est this morning, sent my cc number, if they send out today, I'll get the replacemant before the weekend, not too bad a deal. And maybe one day I'll get one of those quad core cpu's too.

mine should be here today also. Do you have to sign for it with ups or will they leave it? Normally UPS leaves stuff at my door but if evga requires them then I guess I will have to pick it up at the local office.

I received my replacement board today. Kudos to eVGA for providing such wonderful customer service.

Firstly, they offered a free replacement. Secondly, they enclosed a free copy of Dark Messiah Might & Magic as a "thank you." Thirdly, the whole process was really smooth. They seem to remind me of Newegg in its early stages. I hope they keep providind similar service in the future.

For those of you who are still waiting, you may want to pounce on this deal, especially now that eVGA is also giving us a free copy of Might & Magic.

WOW. Sounds like eVGA's customer service is pretty good for them to be replacing all those motherboards for free.

Haven't opened my box yet, but read a egg review that said someone was able to mount a zalman without any modifications as they relocated the previously affected backboard components.

eVGA sounds like a really good company that still cares for their customers - definitely hot info, even for us who don't own eVGA board
Don't they also have the trade-up program for graphics card?

I remember getting screwed at least 2 times with Asus - switched to MSI & Abit afterward and got burned - I learned my lesson
