EVGA 6600GT BSOD... GRRRR

I thought i got rid of this problem when i got rid of my ati radeon8500. but no.. same exact problem. Randomly in windows it would BSOD with same message. At one point i thought i fixed it by going to different drivers, but the BSOD was still there, less frequent but still there. I checked the IRQ and it seens not to be sharing any. It makes me think that it's mother board's fault with all the onboard stuff. Any ideas?
