EVGA 5900 GOOD?

I am thinking about upgrading my Ti4200 to this card. I believe this version has the 2.2 ddr mem.
My two picks are the BFG FX5900 or the EVGA FX5900. Which is best.
 
Both probably the same If you are into OCing try to to find what the ram is 2.2, 2.5,2.8 the lower the better.
even if it is 2.8 it will still be okay for a small OC.
Your P4 2.0 will be little bit of a bottle neck but either way u will see ALOT of improvment compared to whatever u have now assuming it less than a GeForce 3.
