everytime I reply to a post, why does the cursor go back to the message title?

Are you on a slow connection ? I think you're referring to when you make a new post and go back and edit it... it pops you up there after the page completely loads.

It's javascript that's doing it... even though client-side, there's nothing you can do about it. Wait an extra second until the page loads then click in the field you want.
 
Alternately, the Javascript could do something smarter, like checking to see if the textareas are empty or either has already been clicked.
 
I get the same thing - hit reply, window comes up, and when I start typing the text appears in the title window rather than the message window 😕

If you turn off threaded mode somewhere in your prefs that should stop. It's actually not a bug, in threaded mode each 'branch' of the thread can have the message title changed (you only see the OP's in the forum list, but all of them at the top of a thread when in that mode).

Make sense? (Confused me too at first)
