Personally, I wouldn't go with Biostar. I'd spend another $5 and go with a GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3...optical out, one more x1 slot, supports twice as much RAM, a couple more USB ports, and no one has reported that it can catch on fire...

Parts look fine, though I agree with Slugbait about the mobo. You can offset the cost by getting this Patriot RAM for $36 instead of the Ripjaws.
