You don't really understand. There is hardly anyone ever there. Most of them are not very friendly either. :hmm:

You have an excuse for failing at everything. How about using that brain of yours to try and come-up with a workaround or solution to the problem?

You don't need a partner to use a machine or even dumbells. Heck, you're so weak, several sets of push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups will probably wipe you out.

QFT

Push ups alone, when done in proper form (while eating a semi-decent diet), would make a drastic difference to someone like the OP after even just a month..

or join a gym. i'm sure you can swing 15 bucks a month to make your life a little less sad and lonely. might even boost your confidence a bit. is there a Y around you? that might be a perfect fit.

Joining a gym will find me more people, but I rather find someone at my school. I'll probably just go into the gym and ask some of people who oversee the place if they know anyone who is looking for a partner.

use dumbbells to work out. bench press. fly. curls. the amount of things you can do with them are endless. use them to do squats for your legs.

no spot needed.

Skinny people don't have as much weight to lift. :awe:

Yeah, this. I can do over 10 pull ups without a bit of working out... It used to be when I was in 7th grade or so that I could maybe do one or two. Strange. My physique never changed and somehow I got stronger.

Or you spend too much time with yourself?

Interesting idea... around 7th grade is when I started masturbating...

MY GOD, MAYBE MY HABITUAL FAPPING ROUTINE HAS PANNED OUT TO MAKE ME A BETTER FROOT LOOP EATING PULL UP MONSTAR!!! Imagine, if I combined the froot loops AND masturbation into one act! MY GOD 😱

maybe you should hang fruit loops from strings. and each pull up you do you get to eat a fruit loop. a hundred or so fruit loops should do the trick.

figure out how to do sit ups and push ups with the fruit loops and you're good to go.

Like others have said- use machines or dumbells- no spot needed and will be more than enough to get you started...
And while you're doing that you can try and find someone on a similar schedule w/ you and ask for a spot if needed.

I just want to be on record as being here. Continue your discussion. And for the record, the OP will be a virgin for life.

Or why not just ask someone that's working out for a spot? Or do what others have suggested - machines, dumbbells, etc...

I love it. Whenever I feel like a complete failure I just read one of these threads and be happy that I'm not the worst failure in existence.

I don't understand how that is different to a regular pull-up.

Most people cheat and still call it a pull up, so I guess they had to invent a new hardcore version that is exactly the same as the original pull up

because telling people who think they are badass doing fake pullups "you're doing it wrong" will hurt their feelings

maybe it was an obama initiative (lololol?)

Your trolling is pretty weak my man. Some day you might get somewhere, but for now... the troll is weak within you.

Anyway, I can do the "hardcore" pull ups(aka, normal pull ups...) over 10 times in one go, but big whoop. It's something a lot of men can do. I can barely bench 150lbs. I'm horribly weak. I don't think my ability to do over 10 pull ups is something to brag about with all my other flaws.

Benching your own weight isn't bad. But for some reason I doubt you can actually bench 150.

There's no way you bench 150lb for more than one rep, if that.
