Get ready, this is going to be a weird one...

In case your wondering about the subject, it's the title of a children's book. Which brings me to my question about the wonderful world of bowel movements. I've read the normal frequency of BM's (Bowel Movements) is at least once every one to three days. A co-worker of mine for some reason is very proud of his colon/bowels, and the puncuality of his bm's. He seems to hit the bathroom every morning at work around 10 am, and then again at 2-3pm. He's insists it is because he has finely tuned bowel and in my opinion is way to concerned with the regularity of his colon. I'm trying to find some evidence that having more then one BM a day is bad, wrong or unhealthy 🙂 Any tilt in this guys microcosm will surely throw him all out of whack. It's quite amusing 🙂

i go to the can 2-3 times a day, and I'm healthy. My metabolism is increasing now that i've lost a lot of weight and am continuing to work out and exercise.

I think it's a matter of diet and metabolism

Hmm. How can I tune my bowels? HEHE.

Anyways he probably hits the can at 10am every morning because he drinks coffee.

actually, it is unhealthy to leave things for too *long* in your bowels, so as long as the food is being "processed" he sounds fine.

I saw that book once, btw, and it has a stunning image of a whale taking a sh!t :Q
