Great, so Obama makes one tiny, weak proclamation about the friendliest of drugs because he knows he can depend on congressional Democrats to do nothing. Where's the bill? There should be a new bill brought forward every month from some Democrat for the decriminalization of drugs in order to end one of the biggest shams ever perpetrated on the American people.
