Every time I reply to a thread it tries to double-post

Every time I use the quick reply box the page reloads to a reply box with a message that says

This forum requires that you wait 15 seconds between posts. Please try again in 13 seconds.

When I reload the thread my post is there. This kind of defeats the point of AJAX posting. Anyone else getting this issue? I'm using Chrome.

Same. I'm actually glad for that 15 second delay between posts. That way at least the double does not show up.

looks like when I do quick reply it's fine, but a full reply or quote causes the problems

It's happening to me as well and I can't seem to pin down when it happens. I just get that "please wait before posting" message.
