Every single time I post..

I can deal with the slow loading. But.. 95% of the time I go to make a post or make a reply, I get a bad page/error Refresh won't work, and a back/post message again gives me a duplicate message dealy.

It's extremely annoying, is it just me? Is it the bandwidth throttling? Christ.. it really discourages me from posting at all

I run into this problem every once in a while too. My best guess is that it is due to the bandwidth throttling. Have you tried forums1.anandtech.com, forums2.anandtech.com, or forums3.anandtech.com?

Yup probably to due with the cap.
