I know you are new here and proving to be quite slow, so I'll catch you up on the point that is well over your head. When men start talking about what repercussions there should be for a woman choosing to have sex it's exactly equivalent to Canadians telling Americans how we should run our country. I hope that isn't too cryptic for you to grasp.
