Thanks, Divide. I'm travelling (again) and the news of it's release slipped past me. I read up on it and it looks pretty straightforward. I'll rejailbreak again. I don't miss many things about jailbreaking, but I'm addicted to SBSettings. And I like xGPS as well - at least until I find another GPS with all the features that I want (Navigon for $70 is missing a few things and seems a bit too expensive).

On the plus sides, I used to think the flakiness of my signal on my 3GS under 3G was a problem from the jailbreak (sometimes I have 1 bar on 3G and it will flip to 5 bars on EDGE and then to no service and then back to 1 bar on 3G and so on), but it's comforting to know that it's an Apple bug (I think) because my "stock firmware" phone definitely suffers from it. At least now I can go back to my beloved SBSettings and not worry about my ruining the 3G signal with the jailbreak.
