Anyone have any experience with this HSF? It is all copper and has a high output 70mm fan that isn't too loud. I found it on sale for only $16.99 and found a review for it, but would like to know what someone that has used it thinks of it. How do you think it would compare to an sk6 with 80mm 37cfm fan?
 
Does the sk6 perform as well with a high output 80mm fan as it does with a high output 60mm fan? I don't want to have to use a loud 60mm with it.
