It' about proportion. D's look fine on women that have the frame to match....most of the girls I dated while single had the body frame proportional for a C-cup.

I prefer them as a C or D. However if I had to choose extremes, I would rather go smaller than larger. However, honestly in regards to a relationship I can really care less about the size; for a serious relationship boob size is the least of my concern.
