ok, i crank up my smart fan II to 4600 and slapped it on an slk800. well, temps on my 1700+ STOCK VOLTAGE (while idle)was 28C. LOL, this is about room temp. even @ 1.7V temps were 35C idle. i knew temps were innaccurate but i didnt know it was to this extent

To avoid the 8K3A+ fiasco Epox went through. People still don't really have a grasp for CPU temps on the Athlon...if it is above XX degrees, it's panic time...nevermind the system is totally stable. :frown:
