Ever watch a surgery video?

I got the opportunity to observe actual surgeries IRL. Hip replacement, brain surgery, amputation (!), lots of things. I usually can handle that sort of thing very well, but there were some people in our group that couldn't even do it.

Glad i never saw that one...we had some manditory science class like that for 9th grade in our district, but i was a smarty pantz and skipped it to take chemistry. 🙂

Let me tell you, I'm REAL hard to gross out but the hip replacement was TOO much! They used a bastard file. They used a drill! They used Black N Decker for god's sake! Even a crow bar and a mallet!......I've seen beef roast that got better treatment!

The face lift wasn't much better.......:disgust:

Dude ! That one was awesome! Pounding the ball or socket part into the guys hip bone and all. I think it was more like a sledgehammer than a mallet. The only one that grossed me out enough to flick channels back and forth was the eye surgery.
