Ever used Bill Me Later?

Isn't it just a standard revolving credit account that charges you an absurd amount of interest, like most other retail revolving accounts?

Never used one before besides my credit card.

i have used it
just pay it off
they give you 90 days to pay it if your purchase is > $250
you get a bill in the mail and pay it

simple

I guess noone knows if its like a revolving credit account if you don't pay it off at once, and if it is what the interest rate is.

Services like this generally hope its not paid off asap.

That would be my guess. It's the same thing that most brick and mortars do for their "90 day same as cash" promotions. They just open up a revolving credit with a lender (typicaly chase or citi) and start charging you an insane interest rate + accrued interest if you miss your payoff date.
