I'd rather have them served separately. Piling too many things onto a bun just means you can't taste anything.

wiskey tango bravo is all I got to say. I am no health nazi, but I want quality food if I am going to ingest massive quantity of cholesterol and fat.

I thought that was some sort of horrible feces porn for a second. Thanks so much.

Hmm ... looks like it would be good ...

Though my ultimate dog would have some changes.
1.) It would be an all beef dog.
2.) Tomatos are required
3.) Sport Peppers are required
4.) Sweet pickle relish (neon green best for appearance) is required
5.) Horseradish mustard is required
6.) A dill pickle spear is required.
7.) And of course, A dash of celery salt is necessary.

I guess that would be a chicago style Hamdog ... hehehe

This sandwich originated in a dive bar in Atlanta named Mulligan's. Or at least as far as I know.

Unfortunately the place is no more. I was fortunate enough to go there while visiting some friends around 2 weeks before it suddenly closed. There were like 4 of us I think. We split one hamdog, one luther(bacon cheeseburger served on a grilled krispy kreme donut), and some deep-fried twinkies. Hamdog was a bit much, but the luther and twinkies were awesome.

But yeah. Made an account just to relate that.

I weep for Mulligans. I went there 3 weeks ago for a hamdog and Luther pilgrimage. I had been meaning to get there for the past several years , but never had the time. Imagine my horror driving up to it and finding it shuttered! Bastiges!!!!

Rumor had it that there was a woman about 105lbs soaking wet, who would come in there periodically and inhale a hamdog without any problems.

Peace
