Ever since I got a sunburn over the weekend...

Spooner

Lifer
I've been getting chills and have been kind of cold the past two days.

that normal? Damn you :sun:!

my throat also hurts 🙁

Woe is me.

My left arm got sunburned yesterday from driving round for 4 hours with the window down. It looks pretty stupid, but no chills.

Your skin is the largest organ in/of your body. If you damage it, it's going to make you feel sick as hell for a while.

Don't worry, every time I've been burned, I've felt like you feel right now... it'll pass once your skin returns to 'normal'.

You should have stuck half your face out the window too so that you could look like the dude from Close Encounters! 😉

Bah.... at least i got the first burn of the summer out of the way. In mid July ! 🙁

if it's really really red it's probably sun poisoning.. it happens... use lots of healing lotion to get the skin back to normal.... and drink lots of water.. good suggestion too... and next time drive with the AC on 😀

i hate it when that happens. same thing happened coming back from canada 2 weeks ago. one red arm, one normal arm. @^%^%$ ah well

Use Aloe Vera- great stuff!

That's strange though, usually when I burn I feel too hot and need an AC blowing on me to keep me cool and comfortable. I guess it's a pretty serious burn if you are feeling cold
