Look, when EMPLOYEES complain about few job opportunities and low pay that's because the employees aren't economically competitive and need to get new skills, work harder, whatever.

When EMPLOYERS complain about few job applicants and having to pay too much that's not because the employer isn't economically competitive, it's because employees are lazy.

Did I get it right?
