Ever liked something as a kid then figured out it meant something bad as you got older?

Okay, leave Puff The Magic Dragon out of this, but I was cleaning my room the other day and found my Smashmouth Astro Lounge CD and realized that one of my favorite songs, Stoned, is about getting stoned. At the time when I bought the cd (5th grade) I loved the melody of the song, and unknowingly blared it and sang along to it a lot.

I bet my parents were worried about me for a while. You guys got any?

Except for Justin Timberlake, who slept with Britney Spears (when she was hotter).

I put custom-made NAMBLA stickers all over my bike. I could never figure out why people laughed at me :(

I used to sing "You Shook Me All Night Long" by AC/DC when I was like 5. I had no idea what it meant of course.

I hope you know I just pooped my pants laughing.

Not really, but it was funny.

A friend of mine used to walk around singing "Push It" when he was about 7. He was clueless what it meant until a few years later.

I have only been stung by a bee once, when I was 4. Let me tell you, if I hadn't had a Heineken then I would have cried my ass off.

In grade 6 I liked NKOTB :(

I can happily say I have never heard a single song of their's.

You're a lucky, lucky man. I was radio station surfing while driving last week, heard about two seconds of "The Right Stuff" on a station (in 2005!) and quickly switched to another station. Too late, it still runs through my head sometimes. I try to chase it away with "Tom's Diner."

In 4th grade I had a T-Shirt with lizards in various (40 was the count I believe) sexual positions on the front. Didn't notice until half way through, didn't stop wearing it until middle school (6th grade)
