Me too. You shouldn't feel guilty about your mind replaying things from your past. Not that it's a good idea to talk to your current SO about it.

Yep. Had a bunch of them recenty.

Not suprising - there's no hos around this time of the year (I'm in a collegetown and most of them move back during the summer) and I am no longer attached . . ..

Damn shame, damn shame!

Yes, but I quit feeling bad/guilty about my dreams a long time ago. It's not like I have any control over them. I just try to forget ever having the dreams. Besides the memories of blood spraying everywhere ruins my appetite.:p

It's perfectly normal to have dreams about your ex's, even if you are over them, even if you are with someone else. You can't control your dreams. Don't sweat it (and dont tell your current gf :p)

Odd... i've had dreams of an ex the last several days. The same ex and this typically doesn't happen for me. I have no intention of hooking back up with her (we still talk from time to time, and she's married - i don't even want to get into the history of me and engaged/married girls) and their was nothing sexual about any of the dreams, just being happy together and living life.

sigh.. back to my school stuff.

You poor bastard. I love dreaming. So much so that I often try to implant a theme into my dreams just before I drift off. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I've even found I have the ability to control certain aspects of my dreams.

Its called lucid dreaming. Some people seem to easily grasp it, others do not. I'm able to explore my dreams sometimes but I've found that I dislike being in a dream world and I wake myself up in one way or another... one time I jumped off a building and woke up like half way down :Q

As for the original post, I don't necessarily dream just about my ex's, but the dreams I remember most vividly are about them. Its not a bad thing, its a natural outlet for your mind. You just need to worry if you're dismembering them or something of a violent nature ;) :p

I have been dreaming of my ex GF for the last few months and its bothering me.

The last one wasn't so much a dream as a memory of when we first met. It was very spooky for me, because I almost thought it was 1988 all over again. I woke up so confused and upset that I started crying. WTF?

Any how, I wish she would talk to me. There is so much I would like to apologize for.:(
