ever have a tugging sensation on your balls?

serious question.

feels like a tugging sensation from one of the tubes on my left nut. it's more discomfort rather than pain.
can't really describe it better than that.

rubbing it doesn't feel any different than it did before though.

I think I had something similar as a teenager, but I don't think I've ever had it in the last 10 or so years.

I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing though. In my case it was always one nut only, and it was rather painful for a minute or two. The sensation was as if the tube contracted (not likely of course) or someone pulled on the tube. I never found out what it was though, I was a teenager and didn't really care for the occasional abouts of pain.

Testicular pain is something to get checked out. You may have something like testicular torsion, where the testicle rotates, creating tension on the testicular artery, veins, and ductus deferens. If it doesn't go away in a day or two, call your general practitioner.

Testic are the most important part of the body.they can produced healthy sperms.testic should be free from stress.they should be lying comfortable.

at least once a day, 80% of the time. sometimes more on the weekends.
why?

do you still have the pain? is it getting worse? do you feel a lump on your testicle?

too much sex/masturbation could lead to epididymitis. it can cause a swelling of the urethra and cause a back-up through the ejaculatory ducts, which would cause epididymitis... or, you could have some bacteria that follows the pathway back to one of your balls. it's easily treated through some antibiotics.

if it's remained the same for all this long and hasn't gotten more painful, then it probably isn't that. it could just be a sacral nerve root issue, in which case:
[obligatory]go see a chiropractor[/obligatory]
😉

does it hurt or tug when you cough/sneeze/bear down like you're lifting something heavy or taking a crap? as someone stated before, it could also be an inguinal hernia.

no, pain is dull and doesn't really bother me, other than the extra concern i have.
comes and goes, usually doesn't last very long. no lumps.

no pain during the aforementioned events.
