Ever have a show completely ruined by commercials?

So I was sitting here watching "Drive" (the new fox show) and for the first half hour the show was kinda interesting and im getting into it....the second half hour every $%#@ 5 minutes another set of commercials. So I turned it off and watching nova and the story of sperm wales and jellyfish instead. Way to go Fox - turn a perfectly good show to crap by loading it up with commercials. I notice a lot of shows doing this though - and a lot of PBS shows now getting my viewership 😛

Just TiVo it and start watching 10-15 minutes late. Then you can just fast forward through the commercials.
not everyone has tivo...let alone a signal worth recording 😛 I'm still stuck watching over the air stations at the times they are available

Some networks aren't too bad, but others are terrible. Fox is getting worse and worse. USA has always been really bad too. Its going to get worse before it gets better. Every time someone comes up with a way to circumvent commercials, the networks find a way to block it or outlaw it.

Fortunately, you can still change the channel, and you will always be able to simply turn off the TV or walk out of the room.

Eventually you will be quizzed on the content of the commercials you just watched before you are allowed to continue viewing the program.

All FOX & ESPN football games are ruined by commercials.

Back when the new Simpsons episodes were still good, FOX would kill them too, have a commercial break to start the half-hour, then the intro, another commercial break, then the first episode segment, then another commercial break. 15 minutes into the half hour and you've only actually watched 6 minutes of Simpsons.
