Because I think I'm rapidly approaching that point. I understand the usual "work sucks, deal with it" thing, but shouldn't you at least enjoy your work once in a while? Is that too much to ask?

*edit* i forgot to mention that the chances from moving up are few and far between, even if you do move up its hardly ever any better

no, he's actually saying that the are all sh!tty, so people with jobs like that are automatically assumed to hate them. Good assumption I'd say...
