NSIS Error:
The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
this could be a result of a damaged disk, or failed download or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer or obtain a new copy...

- Note: This is a new install. Brand NEW!
Just installed Windows XP Pro, and am installing my ATI 1900 AIW Drivers from the website because i was getting a conflict in Onboard VGA and PCIe (disabled onboard VGA).

So i uninstalled ATI drivers booted in safemode with networking and am installing through the internet. This is on a brand new 74gb Raptor...

any clues? ill search around and see what i come up with. but the drive might be bad... brand new but i was getting the same issue with the other raptor i had in this thing.

Have you tried a clean reload of XP? Also what are your BIOS settings for the SATA Drives in your computer? Try running MHDD on the drive do a scan and check the smart attributes.

this is a clean reload of XP. ill come up with the bios setting in just a moment im running memtest on each stick of A-DATA DDR2 667 Sticks.

this is frustrating ive had this since christmas but tooo damn busy to spend a night fixing this. im just dedicating tonight to this thing.

Bios is set to detect SATA.
DVD-RW is SATA 1
Raptor is SATA 0

just ran Memtest on one Module and it rebooted at 86% this is ridiculous...
i might just have a bad board bus system!

Gonna take out the memory out of my PentiumD box im using now to test.

Update: Something is definately wrong. I put two more sets of memory in which i new are working perfectly and a set i JUST took out of the package.
Something is wrong with the board and i suspect the BUS. This is ridiculous.

Think i will buy another board or just RMA this one and buy a quick replacement or something i dont know...
