Punching bag, pillow, or walls work much better and keep the relationship together.

If you can try working out or going running to relieve some of the tension.
 
I like to wait until she's sound asleep before I whack her a good one in the ass. She'll wake up all confused wondering if I hit her. I'll strongly deny it telling her it was just a dream or something and to go back to sleep. Works everytime.

That's why you wait until it's late at night, as they won't have the energy to argue even if they did have evidence. They'll just fall right back off to sleep. Case closed.

OP: Not really...I can't remember getting mad at her enough to even want to break something...I usually just ignore her if she's being crazy or something. Wait until she comes to her senses. Plus, I don't see what hitting her would accomplish.

Not to mention that she advocates domestic violence as some sort of solution on the woman's end. Thats right, if you don't like the way your man is thinking...slap him. Its perfectly acceptable to physically abuse men.
