in my dictionary - a slut is a person who often has sex outside of a committed relationship. where often is maybe an avgerage of 1/mo? im not passing judgement on this behavior, people can live their lives how they want. and just because these people like to have casual sex, i do still believe if they found the right person they could settle into monogamy. as for cheaters, they can also qualify as sluts, but not necessarily. and not all sluts are necessarily cheats.

if i fell in love with a slut, and i felt she loved me and was committed to me i would have no problem. if i fell in love with a cheater, i would be much more cautious.

first of all boneheads,l was being sarcastic.....Jumpr was the person who suggested out of the blue that I said "one sexual partner"....it is clear that the people that are offended are afraid they may be sluts by any definition or are dating/married to one.

I dont understand how someone can assume a woman who is 18 will behave the exact same when she's 30. Thats just retarded. That whole "Once a slut, always a slut" is just what guys who have been burned by some 22 year old chic say to make themselves feel better. A 21 year old is NOT a 30 year old. I remember a while back a good post where someone basically said if you dont want to get burned or cheated on, dont date younger women!! Well gee, why is that. Because people change as they get older.

I don't think it is count that makes a girl a slut. I think it is intentions. If she's with someone, and hitting on all the other men, and doing sexual favors for them, and seeing a few other guys behind his back, then that is a slut.
