Ever failed a class?

Have you ever failed a class in college or high school?

Failed HS Chem but made it up in summer class.

Failed Junior High math class, or at least the 3rd quarter of my 8th grade class anyway. Took a test 2 weeks later over the material, aced it, passed.

I almost failed a college class, dropped it 10 minutes from the deadline. I had not been in 2 months. PHEW!

In danger of failing again?

I was stupidly dating this (extremely hot) girl my senior year of high school. I missed 75% of the school year skipping. I didn't graduate, failed like 3 or 4 classes..... I regret my time with her like nothing else in my life.

I'm finally getting my life back on track...

I failed tennis one time, because although I was playing #1 singles I would skip during the winter time to play the piano in the auditorium. I thought that was a better use of my time, but since I couldn't get approval I just went.

I'll be honest, back when I first started going to community college I messed around and didn't think highly of my grades. I stopped going to class and I received an F grade. 🙁 Never again though.

Twice.
And it's no coincidence the same awful professor taught both classes.
First class I re-took with a different teacher and got a C+.
Second class, only this moron ever teaches it and it's a requirement for graduation. Since I had two Fs from one teacher, an otherwise spotless academic record (B was my lowest grade in any class prior to this), and the teacher didn't have much to back up his grades, they "generously" allowed be to take a D if I passed a takehome exam, in exchange for approving me to take another class this same bozo only teaches at another university, at my expense.

This experience is by and large the foundation of my belief that the US higher education system is flawed.

I failed a math class in my freshman year (college)... reason: been to class once, except midterms&finals of course.

failed global studies regents in HS and also failed Economics in college. I really didn't care about either and never bothered...

i got a few of them back in college. note that this was not in the US and the system is a lot different, it's not that 'hard' to get an F where i went. they're throwing them all over the place.

not a single one in high school, several in college 😱 well at least i dont have too many credit hours so its easier to bring my gpa back up...
