yes. i am in love right now with a wonderful woman. never been with anyone for 26 years, but all my loneliness has ended because of her. being in love is wonderful. i hope that everyone in this forum who doesn't have a significant other will find their true love.

I dunno, what's love anyways? I know there isn't a definition but is there someone that can describe the feeling?

Is it when the person is away, they would feel lonely but at the same time they're still happy knowing the person is still there? Having hopes and trust for the other person not to do anything "stupid"? Or is it when a person cares more about the other person's well being more than the other? Or willing to sacrafice almost everything that they could just to make the other person happy, money wise, time wise, whatever, u name it.. ? Or that they can picture the other's face when they're happy, hearing their laughter, picturing all the other's facial expressions just having the thoughts of them?

Well, what is it? Knowing that it's undescribable....

~meow~

edit: Also, being in love and loving someone, shouldn't being in love be mutual, loving someone and being loved in return...?

"You'll feel it in your pants" - The Ladies Man.

If only it was that easy. :p
Took me 4 times before I found my wife. First time was something that could never be. Second time was a "your not my type". Third time was the worst. Turned out the woman was a psycho. Then just when I was giving up, the woman who I can happily call my wife, walked into my life.

Basically I get the feeling a person has to look past their loins and ask... Out of bed, is this someone who I am compatible with? Do I enjoy spending time with him/her? Do we like to do things together? Do we things to talk about? If you can't answer yes to any of these questions, odd are, it's just lust.

You will get varying opinions about this but I highly reccomend Mars and Venus on a Date and another good one is Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. Both are by John Gray.
I've read Mars and Venus on a date, good book, and looks at it from both the Man and the Womans point of view. Helped me a bit while I was courting my wife. :)

Isn't it also true that some people are just in love for the fact of being in love? (<-- did that make sense?)

Yes. The way I know that I am in love with my girlfriend, soon to be wife, is that when she is in pain (physical or emotional) I feel it. Seeing her cry actually tears me apart. She is simply, and I know this has been said a million times before, the best thing that ever happened to me.

:D
