Ever been fired for a mistake or doing something stupid?

the qu't the question was 'were you ever fired for a stupid mistake' and all I'm seeing is alot of 'almosts', that wasn't the question.

In my experience, the customer wanted 67 prints, I sent 17, not once but twice!!

The thing that got me fired was I moved an email from the same customer, that I thought was taken care of, into the Deleted folder

I miss fleabag and his stupid posts. Its not winter without hearing about Tahoe.
