Thank god for contacts. I can actually see better at 41 than anyone else around me lol. They all need reading glasses and hold papers at arms length. I can read the copywrite line on the bottom of a poster across the room. Sweet revenge 🙂

Yes. Still do get that occasionally on forums and it still hurts as my poor eyesight isn't something over which I have control and could easily change. It's one of the few internet insults that gets under my skin.

Nope. I didn't have glasses growing up. However, I got my eyes checked yesterday and turns out I actually have an astigmatism and would benefit from a small prescription.
