i run a seach in regedit, the key directed me into several match, all of them related to:

Off the top of my head it will also show up if you have the Machine Debug Mgr. service or Help & Support service disabled. They are harmless and only cosmetic errors.

C:\PROGRA~1\MSNMES~1\usnsvc.exe is related to MSN Messenger. Are you having problems with it? Depending on your version you may want to consider upgrading to Windows Live Messenger
