Dude that is gonna fcking suck! My speakers are on thier way through FedEx. I will be one unhappy camper if there are no joysticks or headphones :|
 
Looking at my shipping info, I have 2 packages coming tomorrow afternoon. There's hope that the joystick and headphones are still comin 😉

Well, even though Dell told me it wouldn't be until the 28th, my speakers shipped tonight. They are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Woo-hoo!

I also got two FexEx tracking #'s. I am assuming one is the speakers, and the other is the box with the joystick/headphones. I will update you guys tomorrow.
 
Awe CRAP! Oh well, I got my speakers yesterday. I should have waited for dell, but they told me they weren't shipping out until the 28th. That's ok, I didn't need the headphones or joystick anyway, and I'd rather give newegg.com the business.
 
Would you guys who just got the system shipped mind telling us when you ordered?

I ordered on 12/30 and would like to see how close Dell is to shipping mine.

I ordered 12/26 .. Mine shipped today. Standard FedEX Overnight.. FedEX rox, UPS sux cox.

I also got 2 tracking numbers.

Hell, I didn't even need them.. but I figured my Cambridge Soundworks surround system was getting a little dated 🙂

I ordered my speakers 2 days ago. Then I got an e-mail stating my CC was not authorized. I called in their credit card processing line and told them to try it again. It worked. Anyways I just checked my order status and it isn't in the normal 5 step process. It says:

The same thing is shown for my ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon AGP I ordered.

I think it's supposed to say "Description: Discount(s) and/or coupon(s) have been included." Basically it's letting you know that the price shown is after the coupons have been deducted. It seems like Dell has all the components in stock now, but has just started shipping orders from up to two weeks ago. So your's will probably be shipped out tomorrow or the next day.

argh :| now i have a problem ... i sent an email on jan 1 to dell csd to cancel my order b/c it was going to be delayed, and i got a response saying that the msg has been forwarded and it would be canceled. three days later, no response, so i called dell customercare, waited on hold for 30min, and finally told them to cancel my order. five days later, still not canceled, so i sent another email to csd to cancel it. once again, nothing. i just checked today dell order status, and guess what, its been shipped, i got my two tracking numbers. now my dad is angry because we will have two sets of speakers, my klipsch promedia 2.1 and the z560. what should i do? wuts dell's return procedure? 😕
 
AHHHH! I can't believe those dickheads! I talked to a person ON THE PHONE, and cancelled my order last week. I then received an email telling me that my order was cancelled. NOW, THEY'LL BE HERE TOMORROW, AND I CAN"T REFUSE THE DELIVERY BECAUSE I WONT BE HERE!!! SCREW YOU DELL!!!

AND MY CHECKING ACOUNT WILL BOUNCE!!! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! THOSE DICKHEADS!!!!!
 
Got an email confirmation from dell today saying my speakers were shipped!!!! next business day i cant wait hehe.
 
Mine are already here in Cincy.....just not at my house yet!!!!

The reason why there are 2 boxes is that the speakers are so heavy that if they included other items it would violate FedEx weight restrictions.

I have had FedEx deliveries to my home before. If I am not mistaken, they will attempt to deliver them for 3 days, if unsuccesful, they will hold them at shipping office for a couple more days, waiting for you to pick them up. If you do not pick them up in the specified time they will be returned to shipper (Dell).
 
Mine has shipped as well (ordered 12/28). Dell has very interesting customer service. I told them to change the shipping address on the order. They confirmed my request and claimed they subtracted the tax from my order (as the address had shifted from a taxable area to a nontaxable area). They shipped it to the old one anyways. Luckily I'm still at the old one as they shipped it way earlier than they reported.
 
Mine are here! Woo hoo! 1 (large) box contained the speakers, and the other box contained the joystick and headphones.. woo!
