Even harder movie recolection thread

When I was a kid, I used to watch this movie ... I think it was a series, or there was more then 2 at least.

Guy had black hair, early 20's I am guessing. Seemed sort of like Camelotesk, medieval based era.

I want to say it had a dragon, not animated at all ... i've been trying to remember this movie for a while too...hrmmm...he might have been some sort of Robin hood figure (anti-authority).
