There's a difference between being able to fly a ship and actually flying it. My buddy that has been playing for about 2-3 months flies a Brutix and my Thorax rips it apart. Why? Because he doesn't have any support skills.

The only way to fly a brutix is to shield gank it with 4x magstab's 2x LSE's and 7x ion's with either damage or ecm drones.

and then your standard damage control, web, mwd, disruptor.

Buffer + gaaaaank. Close to a mega in dps. More if you use some implants. 5% medium hybrid turret implant is like 1m.

He armor tanks and can only fit 5 guns 🙁 I keep telling him.... lol

I was using 5x neutron II w/navy AM/3 mags/5 ECM drones 🙂 And I do have the 5% medium turret implant hehe

??????? If you're trying to gank with Gallente why are you using Ions...Neutrons are the way to go.

because you can fit a better buffer and 7x ion's with 4x magstab > 7x neutron's with 3x magstabs. Honestly rigs aren't worth it on t1 BC's so you need the 5th lowslot to fit a fitting mod such as a power diag or rcu to fit neutron's.

Well, I have to say I'm disappointed with Eve. The game itself looks really nice but the lag is horrible and makes the game unplayable.
