Well I'm tired of discussing/reading about R600 stuff.. So I thought it would be nice to start a thread about this very promising engine, that I accidentally ran into..

I've seen 2 demos in Youtoube and I was excited about this engine..
Check out for yourself..
Demo 1
Demo 2

I found both videos equally impressive.. Possibly another state of the art engine in the works? :)

Check out Euphoria's site for more info..

Dunno I'm certainly impressed especially by the physics simulation.. What do you think?

Indiana Jones looks AWESOME in the first vid! Much better than the Clone Troopers in the second vid.

I wonder how much more awesome this would look like refined, tweaked and implemented (DROOL) in a game that is actually worth playing. (j/k, I'm just not a fan of the Star Wars universe)

Holy Sh!t. I want that game. That's going to take some serious computer to run though.

Do you think this kind of thing is exclusively DX10? (if so, I might as well just get it.......)

cool new engine although when the person stated that it was very cpu intensive the guy said it will be optimized later for the game...... yeah right, we'll see about that

Looks really impressive, but I get the feeling there is going to be a lot of wood in coming games to take advantage of all the splintering effects. Even the Star Wars ships will be made of wood :)

No, seriously, very promising.

Guys make sure to check the official site and especially the downloads section .On the left it has some pretty neat stuff (videos) as well..

Also quoted from someone's words..

But Euphoria doesn?t stop here. According to the company, they have tried to build a never-before-seen AI, called ?biomechanical AI?, which ?literally infuses them with a brain and a spinal chord and even muscles?. The AI will try to protect itself from rocks that are being thrown at them, they will ?know? that they are suspended in air and will try to grab onto something to avoid a fatal fall? Are you still holding that jaw? Think about this: the AI will even grab from one another, while the environment ?will react? to the AI?s actions (if the AI grabs onto a bar, the bar will bend and eventually collapse with the AI, following real-life situations). And all this is in-game simulation, no animation whatsoever? :Q

Of course.. Another title that will be launched first in consoles and who knows maybe we will see it in PC sometime in the future.. :disgust:
Why do I have a feeling that I will need my sexbox more for gaming this year?

Anyway I still have hope for Indiana Jones and other titles that may use it in the future for PC.. At least I hope.. :p
It looks like a very promising engine..
